Wood Work
– The manufacturing consists of wood planks Planed, Tanning and Mortising. All the grooving, carving and Fine grit sanding task are done with a mix of modern machines and by manual process.
– In the Commercial wood work, we have deployed the CNC Panel Saw, Multi Borer / Mortise / Tenoner, Edge Binding, The Paint Shop and The Fabrication Shop. All these state-of the-art facility backs us to supply the large and volume business order requirements with quality, finish and adhere to timelines.
Assembly
– All the Panels, blocks, strips and hardware are joined by using the best in class quality adhesives, mix of Wood and Steel nails and screws
Final Finish
– The Rich and Elegant feel of the Furniture is attained from the final coating. Real Wood furniture polish / coating consists of the Matt finish acclaimed world over
– Commercial wood in general carry a final finish in Veneer, Pre Laminate boards or PU (polyurethane – both in high gloss or matt)
